We started SOIL after a long career in the meat-focused restaurants. After understanding the impact of industrial animal farming on the environment, we realized that we needed to do something about it. But we couldn't find vegan restaurants that appealed to our strong barbecue origins, those big flavours, in a relaxed and fun environment where we can share delicious food and a cold drink with friends. Vegans and Meat Lovers together. SOIL was born out of my honest pursuit to make better food choices without compromise on taste, deliciousness and the joy of eating and breaking bread with friends and family.
