Everything we cook and serve comes from the original Italian Pasquini oven you see behind me, the oven is the beating heart of the restaurant. Since a decade we serve natural wines, as one of the first to do so in Amsterdam .This way of producing wine carries the same philosophy as we do. Preparing our food and creating our menus in tandem with the seasons just as natures provides at the time she provides it.
